Functional Fitness

The core of Decoded programming. Every class delivers constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity — no two days are the same. Our coaches scale every workout so it's challenging whether you've been training for ten years or ten days. You'll build strength, endurance, power, and mental toughness across barbell work, bodyweight movements, Olympic lifting, metabolic conditioning, and gymnastics.
Who It's For
Anyone ready to push their limits. All fitness levels are welcome — every movement can be scaled up or down by our coaching staff.
What to Expect
- Structured warm-up to prepare your body and prime movement patterns
- Skill or strength segment — focused work on a specific lift or gymnastics skill
- The WOD — the main event, programmed for maximum output and measurable progress
- Cool-down and mobility to aid recovery
- Multiple time slots Monday through Friday, plus a team-format Saturday workout
Circuit Training

A low-impact, approachable strength-and-conditioning class built around timed stations. Expert coaches walk you through proper form, scaling options, gym etiquette, and equipment basics — giving you the knowledge and confidence to jump into any class at Decoded. No experience necessary. Just bring a willingness to learn.

First-timers, newcomers to functional fitness, and anyone who wants a refresher on the basics before joining group classes.
