Absolutely not. Every workout is scaled to your fitness level. Our coaches will modify movements to meet you where you are. That’s the whole point.
Functional Fitness includes Olympic lifts, gymnastics movements, and high-intensity conditioning. Circuit Training is a lower-impact, station-based format without Olympic lifts or gymnastics — great for beginners or anyone who prefers a more controlled workout.

First Visit
Arrive 10–15 minutes early. A coach will show you around, go over the workout, and make sure you’re comfortable. Every movement will be explained and scaled to your level. You’re going to do great.
Yes! Your first week is free. We also offer a free Beginners Baseline class on the first Saturday of every month at noon. No membership required.
Our monthly Foundations class is designed specifically for beginners. It covers fundamental movements, proper form, and equipment basics.

We offer month-to-month, 6-month, and 12-month plans, plus drop-in and class pack options for visitors. Check out our Membership page for full details.
Yes. Month-to-month memberships can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Commitment-based plans have terms — see our full membership agreement for details.

Yes! We have a dedicated parking lot right in front of the gym. No fighting for spots.
