TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using the services provided by Decoded Fitness Center ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website, facility, classes, and programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Decoded Fitness Center. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Membership at Decoded Fitness Center is subject to the following conditions:

• All members must be at least 18 years of age, or have a parent/guardian sign on their behalf.
• Membership fees are due on the date specified in your membership agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your membership.
• Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared with other individuals.
• We offer month-to-month, 6-month, and 12-month membership plans, as well as drop-in and class pack options. Each plan has specific terms outlined in the membership agreement.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account information, including payment details, current and accurate.

Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, disability, and in rare cases, death. By using our facility and participating in our programs, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities.

You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Decoded Fitness Center, its owners, coaches, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our facility, equipment, or participation in our programs, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You represent that you are physically able to participate in fitness activities and have consulted with a physician if you have any medical conditions that may be affected by exercise. You agree to inform your coach of any injuries, limitations, or health concerns before participating in any class or program.

Decoded Fitness Center is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment for all members. We expect all members and guests to:

• Treat all members, coaches, staff, and guests with respect and courtesy.
• Use equipment properly and return it to its designated location after use.
• Follow the instructions and guidance of coaches during classes and training sessions.
• Refrain from using offensive, discriminatory, or harassing language or behavior.
• Maintain proper hygiene and clean up after yourself, including wiping down equipment after use.
• Refrain from bringing or using illegal substances on the premises.

Violations of this code of conduct may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of membership at our sole discretion, without refund.

Month-to-Month Memberships: May be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle.

Commitment-Based Plans (6-Month & 12-Month): These plans have specific terms and early termination may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your membership agreement.

Class Packs: Class packs are non-refundable and expire according to the terms specified at the time of purchase.

To cancel your membership, please contact us in writing at gabe2841@msn.com or speak with a staff member at the front desk. Cancellation requests made via social media or voicemail are not accepted.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Riverside County, California.
